Jake Dweck’s diverse legal practice spans four decades and focuses on energy matters, including oil, natural gas and liquid natural gas, electric power, climate change, renewable resources and energy futures and derivatives. In each area, Jake helps major clients achieve solutions and strategies in all facets of energy-related transactions and commercial matters, regulatory and policy proceedings and dispute resolution. Jake leads the Energy Practice Group's Government Enforcement and Investigations team, which conducts internal investigations for boards, audit committees and management. This team represents clients in connection with government investigations and enforcement matters, including proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Customs and Border Protection and other federal and state agencies.
