Marilyn Tavenner

Tavenner served as president and CEO of America's Health Insurance Plans from 2015 to her retirement in 2018. She led the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services from 2011 until 2015. Prior to joining CMS in 2010 she was secretary of Health and Human Services for Virginia and had served in leadership roles with HCA Holdings Inc. for 25 years.
