Robertson retired in 2010 as Group Executive, Corporate Treasurer, of MasterCard Worldwide. In this role, Robertson had responsibility for treasury, customer credit risk management, and enterprise risk management. She successfully led Treasury through a number of significant milestones for MasterCard, including the Company’s IPO and the recent external financial market crisis. Prior to joining MasterCard, Robertson was Vice President & Treasurer of RR Donnelley, a leading printing company. Robertson also held several finance positions at IBM in treasury, financial planning, and pricing. Robertson started her career as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand. Robertson serves on the of the Board of Directors of Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc., the leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial, and hazardous waste management services throughout North America (NYSE symbol CLH). She is a member of the Audit Committee. Robertson also serves on the Board of Trustees of Merrimack College. Robertson earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and she received her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Merrimack College, where she was valedictorian.
