Elaine Phillips

Elaine Phillips is an outgoing Republican member of the New York State Senate, representing District 7. Phillips lost the general election on November 6, 2018, after advancing from the primary on September 13, 2018. Phillips also ran in the 2018 election as a Conservative Party, Independence Party, and Reform Party candidate. She was first elected in 2016.
