Michael Zigman is co-founder of i2 Camp, a growing network of STEM enrichment programs for middle school students that has partnered with some of the country's top scientific and academic institutions, including MIT, Columbia and NYU, to create a world-class STEM curriculum comprised of a broad range of innovative, hands-on courses. Mr. Zigman is leading the company's expansion into new locations across the country as well as spearheading the addition of new curriculum partners. From 2011 through 2013, Mr. Zigman served in senior operations, finance and advisory positions at Nanotronics Imaging and Systar SA, enterprise software companies targeting the semiconductor industry and the business activity monitoring market, respectively. Prior to Nanotronics, Mr. Zigman served for 17 years in technology investment banking, as Managing Director at both WR Hambrecht + Co, the pioneer of the Dutch auction IPO, and SoundView Technology Group, a spin-out of Gartner Group, the world's leading IT research firm. He began his career at Dean Witter Reynolds. Mr. Zigman serves on the Board of Trustees of The Graduate Center Foundation and The Macaulay Honors College Foundation. The Graduate Center is the doctorate-granting body of The City University of New York and houses some of the nation's leading academic programs. Macaulay Honors College is the highly selective honors college of The City University of New York. The City University of New York is the world's largest urban public university and is comprised of 23 institutions serving over 250,000 students. Mr. Zigman holds a BA from Dartmouth College.
