Francis H. Duehay is the Mayor of Cambridge, Massachusetts, Chair of the Cambridge City Council and Chair of the Cambridge School Committee. Mr. Duehay has been elected to six terms on the Cambridge City Council (1971 to 1983) and four terms to the Cambridge School Committee (1963-1971). He was the elected ward representative to the 1981 Democratic State Convention and was selected by the U.S. Conference of Mayor to study energy problems in European cities in 1981. Mr. Duehay was the Vice-Chairman of the National League of Cities Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Steering Committee and has served on five other committees of the National League of Cities. Previously, Mr. Duehay was a member of the Massachusetts Tax Reform Association and Chairman of the Coalition for Cambridge.
