Jennifer R Jacoby

Jennifer Jacoby focuses her practice on matters in the financial services industry. She has with cases involving joint ventures and transactions, corporate governance enforcement and compliance reviews, among others. She joined the firm in 2013. While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Jacoby served as a judicial intern for The Hon. Richard J. Leon of the US District Court for the District of Columbia, where she helped the Judge and law clerks with legal research, drafted memoranda and attended hearings. She also served as a legal research intern for the International Refugee Rights Initiative in New York City.
