Walter Burlock

Founder, Origin Capital Management, LLC, San Francisco, CA.

Buzz is Founder and CEO of Origin Capital Management, a San Francisco-based hedge fund. From 1990-2000 he served as Managing Director of Soros Fund Management. Prior to joining Soros Fund Management, he served as a portfolio manager of two hedge funds and earlier as an investment analyst for Dreyfus Corporation. He has served as a director of a few public and private companies. Buzz earned a B.A. degree in Physics from Bowdoin College in 1986. He is a member of the 1999 class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
