Tom McCloskey is Chairman & CEO of Cornerstone Holdings (Colorado) and McCloskey and Company (Hawaii), and Chairman of Urban Green Investments (San Francisco). Tom has served as general partner in over 50 partnerships and been involved in a variety of diverse business activities, and high-level strategic development of technology companies and wireless communications markets for the past thirty years. He served as Chairman of Horizon Organic Holdings (HCOW) the world's largest organic dairy company, a director of Summit Energy Corporation, (Louisville, Kentucky), and Chairman of Kona Blue Water Farms, the world's premier open ocean aquaculture company. He is the largest shareholder in MAGNA ENERGY, and PEGASUS TOWER Corp. Along with his wife, Bonnie, Tom founded the McCloskey Business Plan Competition at the University of Notre Dame. He was past Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the Thacher School of Ojai, California. Tom volunteers with the Aspen Institute, the Advisory Council of University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, and the Gigot Center for Entrepreneurial Studies where he has lectured on business ethics. He serves on the Board of the Central American Leadership Initiative (CALI). Tom holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame, and a MBA from the Wharton School. He lives in Aspen, and San Francisco with his wife, Bonnie, of 42 years. They have four children.
