Steven Kirz

For over 18 years, Steven Kirz has managed technology sourcing and outsourcing engagements that have achieved well over $1 billion in annual client savings. Prior to joining Pace Harmon, he spent eight years at Deloitte Consulting in the Strategic Sourcing practice, and helped launch another independent consulting firm’s sourcing practice. Steven’s primary focus areas include telecom insourcing and outsourcing, application development and maintenance (ADM) outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO) and IT sourcing. For each of these areas, the combination of his subject matter expertise and negotiations experience in scores of deals allows clients to quickly achieve their requirements while establishing the high quality governance process that is essential to creating successful supplier partnerships. He is multi-lingual and has conducted negotiations around the world including France, the Netherlands, Brazil, India, the Philippines, and Taiwan. Steven has an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and manages our San Francisco office.
