Previously, he served as chief financial officer of The Kantar Group, the information and consultancy division of WPP Group, the multi-national communications services company. Mr. Brown also held a variety of management positions at PepsiCo Inc., including director of corporate planning for Pepsi Bottling Group, and business unit chief financial officer for Pepsi-Cola International. Mr. Brown is a CPA who started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
