Mr. Ferrell’s practice focuses on a wide range of legislative and political issues that are of critical importance to the firm’s clients. He spent more than a dozen years as an assistant on Capitol Hill. During that period he developed a keen understanding of the internal workings of the legislative process, which he has applied to his representation of the firm’s clients. Mr. Ferrell was later the Chief Lobbyist for a major national trade association before joining the firm. In 1990, the American Banker named Mr. Ferrell, one of the Capitol City’s top lobbyists.
