Tony Danielak currently serves as a Vice President of Prairie Capital, and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential investment opportunities, leading due diligence, structuring transactions, and supporting portfolio company investments. Tony currently sits on the board of DRB Systems. In addition, Tony’s portfolio responsibilities and board observation roles include Riverchase Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, PBE Group, Teacher Match, and Specialized Education Services. Prior to joining Prairie Capital in 2008, Tony was an Analyst in the Business Services Group in the corporate finance department of William Blair & Company, focusing on mergers and acquisitions advisory services and public and private equity financings. Tony graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in American Studies. He received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Tony lives with his wife in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of Chicago.
