Cohen has served as press secretary for the President's National Oil Spill Commission during the BP blowout in the Gulf. He comes to RFF from the US Environmental Protection Agency, where his positions included press secretary for then administrator William K. Reilly and a communications advisor under then administrator Carol M. Browner. "Dave is a fantastic addition to our team," said Pete Nelson, RFF's communications director.
