David Nicholson is Chief Executive Officer of PVS Chemical’s Sulfur and Distribution Groups. In this role, Mr. Nicholson has responsibility and oversight for operations throughout the United States and PVS’ European operation, as well as business development through acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining PVS, Mr. Nicholson career included working as a commercial banker with LaSalle Bank, East Coast Finance Manager for E&J Gallo Winery and as an Associate with Ryan Enterprises, a Chicago private equity firm. Mr. Nicholson serves as Chairman of the Board of Forgotten Harvest, and he is a board member of the DMC Legacy Board and Kids Kicking Cancer. In addition, he is Co-chairperson of the Past>Forward Capital Campaign for the Detroit Historical Society where he also is a Trustee. Mr. Nicholson graduated with a BA in Political Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992 and obtained a MBA from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business. He resides in Grosse Pointe, Michigan with his wife Kristin and two sons.
