Bill is the Vice President of Grants at the FM Kirby Foundation in Morristown, New Jersey. He received his BA in Liberal Arts from St. Vincent College, Latrobe, PA in 1975 and a Masters in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ in 1999. Bill has worked for several not-for-profit organizations, including the March of Dimes and the Boys 'and Girls' Club of Trenton, but credits his tenure at Morristown Medical Center, for providing his greatest fundraising experience during which time he earned the credential of Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) in 1987. In 1989, Bill joined the Morris County Department of Human Services serving as its Coordinator of Contract Monitoring and Evaluation. In1996 he became the County's Substance Abuse Planner and served as the liaison with the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Addiction Services. Following a four-month consultancy with the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation in 1999, Bill joined the staff of the FM Kirby Foundation in January 2000. As Vice President of Grants, Bill manages a grants program supporting organizations involved with the arts and humanities, public policy, the environment, education, human services, and health. Bill remains an active volunteer with the Growing Stage - The Children's Theatre of NJ, and serves on various committees of the Council of New Jersey Grantmakers. Bill lives in Wharton, New Jersey.
