David Dismukes

David E. Dismukes is the associate director and a professor at the Center for Energy Studies, Louisiana State University. His research interests are related to the analysis of economic, statistical, and public policy issues in energy and regulated industries. His is also the principal owner of Acadian Consulting Group, and regularly testifies as an expert witness on behalf of the energy industry.
