is the chair of the National Trust Advisors. Mr. Kelley is the lead Historic Preservation principal at Treanor Architects, with offices in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, and Texas. Throughout his 30-year-career, he has provided assessment, planning and design services for numerous award winning historic preservation projects. The most notable project is the recently completed, multi-year preservation and restoration of the Kansas State Capitol.
