Mr. Eric Pilaud serves President and Chief Executive Officer of Custom Sensors & Technologies, Inc., since July 1, 2009 and serves as its Executive Vice-President of CST. Mr. Pilaud served as Executive Vice-President of Strategy, Customers, Innovation & Technology of Schneider Electric SA. Mr. Pilaud served as Executive Vice President in Charge of Strategy, Customers & Technology Division and the Services & Projects Business Unit of Schneider Electric SA since July 2006. Mr. Pilaud served as Executive Vice President for the Strategic Deployment Division of Schneider Electric since October 2003 and in 2005, he assumed additional responsibility for its new Services Division. From 2002 to the end of 2003, he served as In Charge of the Strategy-Markets Division of Schneider Electric SA. He was subsequently responsible for the development of eBusiness within Schneider Electric until 2001. He led the "Schneider 2000+" Company program from 1999 to 2000. He served as Executive Vice President of Modicon Corporation. Mr. Pilaud spent 1995 to 1998 in the UK, first as Director of Westinghouse Systems and then of the Automation and Control Division. He joined Schneider Electric subsidiary SES in 1986. Five years later, he was appointed to Head SF Gardy in Chalon-sur-Saône (France). Mr. Pilaud began his career as both University Professor and Researcher and a Corporate Consultant in information technology. Mr. Pilaud holds Ph. D. in Computer Science (Critical Information Systems) from Harvard Business School.
