Douglas Klotnia is General Manager of Compliance & Risk Management at Trustwave, where he is responsible for managing the direction of the company's strategy for compliance and risk management solutions and payments services. Previous he was Executive Vice President of Payment Services and Channel Partners, responsible for payment card industry relationships. Since joining the company in 2004, Douglas has successfully built the company's alliance partner and payment services programs from the ground up. He has more than 20 years of sales, business development, and product and operations management experience in high tech industries with companies such as AT&T and Internet Security Systems. Klotnia is a frequent speaker at industry events, including the ETA Annual Meeting and the Direct Response Forum, and serves as a member of ETA's Fraud and Risk Committee. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
