As Chief Client Officer, Jerry Olszewski is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience in every aspect of a client’s interaction with Ketchum. He counsels Ketchum’s client teams worldwide on best practices in client service, the deployment of top talent, client-relevant innovation, and easy client access to Ketchum’s full portfolio of products and services. He also sits on the nine-member worldwide Executive Committee for Ketchum. In addition to his Chief Client Officer role, Jerry advises global clients on communications strategy, corporate reputation and organizational structure, and has had a longstanding counseling role with FedEx, Kodak and Nokia. He also oversees the agency’s Client Director Community as well as Ketchum’s Corporate Communications group. Jerry joined Ketchum in 1980 and worked in the agency’s Washington, D.C., office for 10 years. During that time, he had management responsibility for client programs focusing on environmental communications, public affairs, corporate reputation, employee communications and crisis communications. In 1991, Jerry relocated to Ketchum’s Munich office for three years, followed by five years in London, where he was responsible for Ketchum’s operations in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Jerry is a graduate of Marquette University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and political science.
