Doug Donegan

Doug Donegan is the Vice President of Internal Operations responsible for the business elements that support Berico’s client-facing activities including the IT, recruiting and security functions. He manages Berico's internal communications as well as the company's external website and social media presence. Doug is responsible for creating synergies among Berico's various IRAD projects and guiding the project teams endeavoring to bring new capabilities to market. He is also the product manager for eReview, Berico’s review and verification engine. Doug is a US Navy veteran with 14 years of professional experience working with the Department of Defense where he has held positions as an executive, portfolio/program manager and engineer. A Program Management expert and licensed Professional Engineer, Doug is passionate about introducing students to opportunities and careers in STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) fields. He is an active supporter of FIRST® Robotics and serves on the board of directors of the US STEM Foundation. Doug served two terms as the Chairman of the Flagship Section of the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE) and was the National Membership Chairman for ASNE. Doug holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Science in conjunction with the Wharton School of Business.
