Marty Hoy

For the last 10 years, Mr. Hoy has been the District Administrator for California District 25. He has also been an umpire for 17 years. Mr. Hoy also recently began a three-year term on the Little League International Advisory Board. Mr. Hoy and his wife, Cheryl, have three grown children. He is retired after spending 40 years as a marine clerk/longshoreman at the Los Angeles/Long Beach Harbors.
