Janice S Johnson

Janice Johnson is currently the founder and President of New Horizons Solutions, Inc. She graduated from the University of Alabama where she majored in Chemistry and received a B.S. degree in Medical Technology. She completed postgraduate study in Comparative Medicine. Janice worked nine years in the field of medical technology and served as the supervisor of the State of Illinois’ Tissue Typing lab. She retired from that career in 1986 to launch her new career as mother of four children. It was during this time she became very politically active and was the Executive Director of Tennessee Christian Coalition, a grassroots mobilization organization. Over the past twenty five years, Janice has successfully lobbied hundreds of bills into law at both the state and federal level. She has coordinated numerous fundraisers and events at the state Capitol, attended by hundreds of leaders from across Tennessee.
