Michael C. Welch was born and raised in Connecticut. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College and graduated with honors from Notre Dame Law School. He joined Red Curve Solutions in June 2011 and serves as General Counsel. He is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
