Hap Fauth is chairman and CEO of the Churchill Companies, which he founded in 1982. Previously he was executive vice president and chief operating officer for Waterways Transportation Inc. and vice president and senior credit officer at Citicorp. Fauth has served as a member of the Georgetown University Board of Directors (2004–2010) and was part of the Presidential Search Committee in 2000 and 2001. He is a former trustee at the University of St. Thomas and a former director of John G. Kinnard & Co. Investor Securities, Children’s Health Care, and Worthington Bancshares. Fauth received an MBA from New York University and a BSBA from the McDonough School of Business. He and wife, Geren, live in Naples, Florida. They have three children and five grandchildren. Mr. Fauth's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Fauth 3d of Babylon, L. I. His father was senior quality control manager of the Grumman Aerospace Corporation in Bethpage, L. I. He is an alumnus of Georgetown University. served with the Marine Corps Reserve.
