R Craig Knocke

Born in Big Spring, Texas, Craig joined Turtle Creek as a partner in the fall of 2007. He began his investment career with Salomon Brothers in New York as a securities analyst and portfolio manager in the Domestic Investment Management Group where he was responsible for the management of over $20 billion in institutional client assets. He was most recently employed by Brown Brothers Harriman in the Dallas office as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Vice President. In his capacity there, Craig also served as a member of the Board of Directors of BBH Trust Company of Texas and was the head of the Dallas office until his departure in 2007. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance and Accounting and also pursued his graduate business studies at SMU’s Cox School of Business. Craig is a member of the Dallas CFA Society, the CFA Institute and the Association for Technical Analysis, and he is also actively involved in a number of Dallas charities. Craig and his wife, Sunny, reside in Dallas and have two sons.
