Donna Bacchi, MD, MPH, is Associate Professor of Pediatrics at SUNY Upstate Medical University, Chair of the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, and Director of the Central New York Master of Public Health program. She is also the Medical Director of Maternal and Child Health with the Onondaga County Health Department. A board certified pediatrician, she received her bachelor's degree from Cornell University, a medical degree from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and a Masters of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins University. She completed her pediatric residency and assistant chief residency at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She served as a member of the National Health Service Corps and was assistant medical director and a practicing pediatrician at the Brownsville Community Health Center in the lower Rio Grande Valley.
