Robert O. "Rob" Passmore is an associate in the Industrial, Environmental and Complex Litigation Practice Group of the Firm's Charleston, West Virginia, office. Mr. Passmore completed his law degree at the University of Dayton School of Law where he graduated summa cum laude and was a Publication Editor for the University of Dayton Law Review. While in law school, he spent a semester defending low income clients in the school's law clinic and was a member of the school's mock trial team. Prior to law school, Mr. Passmore worked for two years as a legal assistant in the antitrust division of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Washington, DC. Mr. Passmore graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude with a double major in political science and economics from Kenyon College in Ohio. He earned high honors in economics and presented a paper entitled "Inequality and Growth" at the 2001 Midwest Economics Association Meeting.
