Ellen Conedera Dial is a partner in the firm's Real Estate group. She focuses her practice on all aspects of real estate development and financing, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use and zoning. In addition to numerous professional and civic activities, Ellen served as President of the Washington State Bar Association for the 2006 - 2007 term. Ellen is co-author of the WSBA Real Property Deskbook Chapter on the "Law of Landlord and Tenant" and is frequently invited to speak on real estate, leasing and related title and environmental matters.
