Robert Evans provides strategic counsel to clients ranging from small businesses to large, multinational corporations on a wide range of issues including local government, energy, natural resources, marine transportation, health care, construction and economic development. Mr. Evans also works with public sector clients on issues involving economic development, transportation planning and funding, and natural resources advocacy. Previously, Mr. Evans served as deputy chief of staff and legislative liaison for Governor Steve Cowper, where he developed the Governor’s legislative package and routinely lobbied before the Alaska Legislature. Mr. Evans has also worked at the Alaska Attorney General’s office, with responsibility for enforcing the state’s Unfair Trade Practices Act.
