Dmitri Konon

Dmitri Konon is the Executive Vice President of the Capital Program Division overseeing the management of design and construction for a wide variety of New York City’s capital projects. Dmitri is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of New York. He is a graduate of Union College and also has a Master of Science degree from Manhattan College in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining NYCEDC Dmitri worked for a construction management firm and a foundation contractor.
