Pam Grissom is the co-founder and Chair of the Board of Directors of Arizona List. Arizona List recruits, mentors, and fundraises for pro-choice Democratic women running for city, county, and state offices. A native of Tucson, Pam had a successful modeling school and talent agency in the 1990s - Grissom Talent Agency. She was one of the first women on the board of the Boys and Girls Club and Junior Achievement. In addition to receiving a B.S. from the University of Arizona, Pam is one of the original members of the Women’s Studies Advisory Council and is also on the board of Women in Science and Engineering. Holding a strong belief in the importance of youth development, Pam brought the Young People For (YP4) activist training program to Arizona. Supporting many local philanthropic, progressive endeavors, she is currently a supporter of Planned Parenthood, YWCA, KORE Press, and The Women's Foundation of Southern Arizona. She provides scholarships for Women in Science and Engineering (WISE), Social and Behavioral Sciences, graduates of SMART Girls in the Boys and Girls Club, and fine art scholarships for low-income students. Nationally, she supports Media Matters, National Partnership for Women and Families, EMILY’s List, and Young People For (PFAW). Pam adores her grandchildren, traveling, hiking, snorkeling, and rock ‘n’ roll.
