Rob is a partner in the Finance and Restructuring group. His practice focuses primarily on representing banks and other financial institutions in finance and debt-restructuring transactions, with extensive experience in asset based financings, debtor-in-possession financings, out-of-court workouts and restructurings and real estate transactions. Rob also frequently represents lead arrangers and agents in structuring and underwriting syndicated U.S. and cross-border leveraged loan transactions, including acquisition financings and recapitalizations of both public and privately held companies.
