Vince provides tax advice on financial transactions, including public finance transactions in connection with bond issuers, underwriters, financial advisors and other members of the public finance community, leasing structures, asset-backed securities, real estate mortgage investment conduits, real estate investment trusts, leveraged leases, tax-exempt bonds, limited partner syndications, and a variety of corporate lending transactions. Vince was previously chair of the Tax Department of Chapman and Cutler and a partner at the law firm of Katten Muchin Zavis Rosenman.
