He graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University in 1968 and from Harvard Law School in 1971, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review. Mr. Falik has served as of-counsel to Miller, Starr & Regalia from 1989 through 1996 and prior to that time, he was a partner and chair of the Land Use and Environmental Law Departments of the San Francisco law firms of Landels, Ripley and Diamond and Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Robertson & Falk. Currently, Falik is a Managing Partner of Westpark Associates which developed a 1,483 acre masterplanned community in the City of Roseville. Falik also serves on the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and the Board of Trustees for the Berkeley Repertory Theatre and KIPP San Francisco Bay Area where he chairs the Facilities Committees. In addition, Falik is a Visiting Professor at Berkeley Law School and a member of the Professional Faculty of the Haas School of Business at the University of California.
