Feroze Waheed

Feroze Waheed is an accounts receivable management industry veteran with many successes to his credit throughout his 30+ year career. As CFO, he is responsible for all financial planning, reporting and information technology functions. In 2004, Waheed founded Astra Business Services, Inc., a collection agency serving the healthcare, credit card, telecom, and direct marketing industries, which as the distinction of being the first agency in the U.S. to achieve ISO 27001 certification. Prior to 2004, Waheed served as Executive Vice President of Delaware-based WSFS Financial Corporation and Chief Financial Officer of Diversified Collection Services. Feroze has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley and completed his undergraduate work in Economics at University of Birmingham, England.
