Richard Crowe

Booz Allen Hamilton Vice President Richard Crowe is a leader in the firm’s civil health business. Previously, he was a senior leader in Booz Allen’s US Army and Department of Veterans Affairs business located within the Red Bank, NJ, office. He specializes in acquisition strategy, contract execution, and performance improvement opportunities. Prior to joining Booz Allen in 2004, Mr. Crowe served as Chief Technical Officer at PlasmaSol Corporation. There he led a multidisciplinary team of technical experts (engineers, physicists, chemists, and technicians) in developing custom plasma-based applications for dual use in counter-terrorism and medical applications. At the executive staff level, he provided technical leadership in the assessment of all proposed product development and intellectual property management; he provided expertise on developing technology strategy plans and merger and acquisition strategies. He has authored seven patents related to the method and application of non-equilibrium plasmas. He holds a B.E. degree in electrical engineering from State University of New York Maritime College and an M.S. degree in technology management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
