Based at Booz Allen Hamilton’s office in Herndon, Virginia, Vice President Kristine Santa-Coloma Rohls is a leader in the firm’s US government classified business. She is recognized for providing organizational strategy, business process design, and change management services to clients across the Intelligence Community (IC). Ms. Rohls and her team focus on assignments in the following areas: Strategic planning Process improvement Mission support cost reduction strategies Shared services Performance management and measurement Ms. Rohls has led large-scale restructurings of support organizations to optimize operations, minimize costs, and maximize efficiency within the civil and intelligence communities of the federal government. Before working in the IC, Ms. Rohls led organizational transformations for the Food and Drug Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, and the General Services Administration, where she designed shared services organizations and implemented significant business process changes. Ms. Rohls has advanced the firm’s core capabilities in mission support, cost reduction, and service delivery, including developing the Government Shared Services Forum, which fosters collaboration among senior executives around how to drive efficiencies in support service delivery across the federal government. She has published thought pieces on cost cutting measures and support service delivery optimization. Ms. Rohls proudly serves on the Booz Allen Latin American Forum Board, and she was named one of Diversity Journal's 11th Annual Women Worth Watching for 2012. Prior to joining Booz Allen in 2003, Ms. Rohls focused on developing information systems strategy and architecture and led the design and construction of large customer systems for commercial clients at Tribridge and Accenture. Ms. Rohls has a B.S. degree in statistics from the University of Florida. She is a graduate of the Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) Program at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and currently serves as an instructor in the program.
