Booz Allen Hamilton Vice President Sarah St. Clair leads the delivery of Human Resource (HR) services throughout the firm. She and her team contribute to the design and delivery of programs to attract, develop, and retain best-in-class talent to serve the firm’s clients. In addition, Ms. St. Clair partners with leadership to develop relevant HR strategies and planning to support the firm’s future talent strategy and to proactively address evolving business needs. Beyond the leadership of the day-to-day functions of HR, Sarah is called upon to lead key priority areas for the firm that include career development models, performance management systems and processes, and overall talent management Since joining Booz Allen in 1994, Ms. St. Clair has held various roles and has supported numerous client groups. She began her career in recruiting before moving into a HR management role, traveling extensively overseas to lead efforts in recruiting, onboarding, assimilating, and training of staff. In 2002, Ms. St. Clair relocated to New York City to lead the HR function for the Booz Allen’s US commercial business. In 2005, she returned to McLean, Virginia and assumed responsibility for HR Services while also leading the firm’s effort to build a new career development model. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Ms. St. Clair worked as a recruiter for NVR, Incorporated, and worked as an HR Generalist for RJO Enterprises, an 8(a) company in Maryland. She has a B.S. degree in psychology and an M.S. degree in industrial/organizational psychology, both from Radford University.
