Mr. Orjada specializes in developing secure solutions for both fixed and mobile data and telecommunications systems, secure wireless networks, satellite communications, and enterprise communications system implementations. These efforts include all areas of major systems life cycle management, including systems analysis, planning, design, procurement, integration, operations, and maintenance. Mr. Orjada has led the design engineering, integration, and installation planning, and system testing for several major Department of Defense (DoD) programs. He is responsible for providing services and consulting to clients in: IT infrastructure operations and management Cybersecurity engineering Data center and storage solutions Mobile and wireless communications and networking Software engineering Intelligent video systems Mr. Orjada has a wide range of engineering experience, including network analysis and design, testing, and assurance; distributed computing; software system design, development, and security; system deployment planning; and user training programs. He is a member of Booz Allen’s IT Infrastructure leadership team and supports the development of emerging technologies such as intelligent video systems, video analytics, and data center virtualization. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Orjada served in the US Army for 22 years as an Air Defense Officer specializing in air defense systems operations, training simulation and electronic warfare. Mr. Orjada is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Computer Society, the Project Management Institute (PMI), and Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA). He received a B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Texas, El Paso in 1985 and an M.A. in management from Webster University in 1987.
