Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Vice President Corrine Kosar is a leader in the firm’s justice and homeland security business. Previously, she led Booz Allen’s strategic initiatives in support of the US Coast Guard and currently leads efforts to support the Transportation Security Administration and Customs and Border Protection markets in the Department of Homeland Security. Ms. Kosar has more than 25 years of acquisition, program management, and technical experience. Since joining Booz Allen in 1995, she has led numerous strategic initiatives in support of major systems acquisitions. One example of Ms. Kosar’s expertise was an engagement for the Coast Guard's Deepwater Capability Replacement Project in which she and her team developed a conceptual design of an integrated system of assets to increase Coast Guard operational effectiveness and minimize total ownership costs over 30 years. The project included developing concepts of operations and logistics and analyzing alternatives; developing a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) architecture, implementation plan, industrial capacity, and acquisition cost estimate; and conducting an affordability analysis. Her prior experience includes support to the Naval Sea Systems Command, where she led major program initiatives in submarine, surface ship, and patrol boat acquisition. She also worked for Resource Consultants Inc. Ms. Kosar serves on the board of the Coast Guard Foundation and is a member of the American Society of Naval Engineers and the Surface Navy Association. Ms. Kosar earned a B.S. degree in business logistics from Pennsylvania State University. She also completed the Harvard Kennedy School Program for Senior Executives in International and National Security.
