Based at Booz Allen Hamilton's headquarters in Mclean, Virginia, Senior Vice President Mickie Bolduc is a leader in the firm's IT business. She is recognized for providing IT strategy, architecture, and systems engineering services to clients across the Department of Defense (DoD). Ms. Bolduc’s primary market responsibilities include the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), DoD Agencies, and Combatant Commands (COCOMs). Ms. Bolduc and her team focus on assignments in the following areas: IT strategy and policy IT portfolio management IT transformation and technology adoption Enterprise IT systems engineering and technical architecture Enterprise data/information architecture and enterprise services Knowledge engineering Communications system simulation and network performance Ms. Bolduc's extensive experience in the professional services industry includes leading projects for numerous federal government organizations (e.g., the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), DoD CIO, Missile Defense, and the Department of Justice), state government organizations (e.g., state Departments of Transportation), and commercial businesses (e.g., telecommunications providers). During her career at Booz Allen, Ms. Bolduc was recognized with a Woman of Distinction award by the Women's Forum and Workforce Diversity Council for women who inspire others and who exemplify strong character. She was also a member of the project team that earned Booz Allen's prestigious Professional Excellence Award (PEA) for work on the Docklands Light Railway System engineering and integration contract. Ms. Bolduc has been at Booz Allen for more than 20 years, joining the firm in 1988. Prior to that, she focused on system simulation development and engineering analysis efforts for the DoD at Advanced Technology, Inc., and BDM International. Ms. Bolduc has a B.S. degree in mathematics from Mars Hill College, and an M.S. in mathematics from Clemson University.
