Marty Hill

Mr. Hill is a retired vice president who serves as a senior executive advisor to Booz Allen Hamilton. He has more than 38 years of professional experience in signals intelligence, submarine operations, electronic warfare, command and control warfare, information operations, and project management. Mr. Hill’s key areas of expertise are: SIGINT Systems Development Information Operations Program Management SIGINT Operations Outside of Booz Allen, Mr. Hill serves as Maryland Regional Vice President for the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association. He also is a member of the National Military Intelligence Association, U.S. Naval Institute, Association of Old Crows, and Association of Computing Machinery. Prior to joining Booz Allen, Mr. Hill was Deputy Director, Information Warfare (Programs) on the Office of the Secretary of Defense staff, where he served as a defense expert on information operations capabilities and policy. Mr. Hill holds a B.Sc. in Management/Finance from the University of West Florida; is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College and the Federal Executive Institute; and has completed numerous military warfare training courses. In addition, he is a qualified DAWIA Level III Program Manager.
