Charles Zuhoski is a retired Senior Vice President with Booz Allen Hamilton who led the firm’s Science Innovation (SI) consulting business for public and private sector clients. He continues to provide assistance to the firm as a Senior Executive Advisor. At Booz Allen, Mr. Zuhoski’s key service offerings included: Expert Scientific Assistance Science and Technology (S&T) Enterprise Services Rapid Technology Deployment Mr. Zuhoski helped build a team at Booz Allen that provides consulting services to government and commercial clients responsible for identification, evaluation, application, transfer, and utilization of new technologies. With a skilled staff of researchers and analysts, the team helps government clients explore and evaluate new, high-risk technologies for military and commercial applications. The team’s clients include the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, the Office of Naval Research (ONR), the Army Research Laboratory (ARL), the Department of Energy, the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Mr. Zuhoski has more than 35 years of professional experience in managing a variety of staff in operations research and systems analysis, including the Center for Naval Analysis. the Office of the Secretary of Defense (Program Analysis and Evaluation), and the Office of the Chairman, Joint Chief of Staff. He spent more than five years as an executive with United Technologies Corporation; and 20 years with Booz Allen. Mr. Zuhoski is a retired Navy commander with 21 years of service in Naval Aviation. His total professional service, including the Navy, is more than 46 years. Mr. Zuhoski holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.S. in Operations Research/Systems Analysis from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School.
