Jane Ganoung

Jane assists clients with a variety of regulatory and compliance management issues in the mortgage and default servicing industry. Representative Engagements Participated in multiple aspects of a forensic review of mortgage-foreclosure files for one of the country’s largest residential-mortgage servicers. Involved in an audit to identify violations of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. Experience Jane’s prior experience includes nine years of HUD REO Asset Management and Mortgagee Compliance. Positions held include Director of Pre-conveyance under the nationwide HUD Mortgagee Compliance Manager contract. She also provided reporting and analytic services for all aspects of the HUD MCM Contract to assist with strategic oversight, compliance and special projects. Jane also served as a consultant and advisor to a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization serving Denver’s runaway and homeless youth to acquire, finance, and rehabilitate permanent affordable housing operating under HUD's Shelter Plus Care program.
