Mike Crisman is vice president - project development and business analysis of natural gas gathering and processing of ONEOK Partners, responsible for managing and directing the origination, acquisition and new business strategy for expansions beyond the existing geographic footprint and midstream services. He also is responsible for development of natural gas, natural gas liquids and crude oil hedging strategies and associated implementation. Crisman began his career in the natural gas industry in 1981 as an accountant with Ladd Petroleum, a subsidiary of General Electric. He later joined KN Energy, now Kinder Morgan, and held various positions in natural gas marketing, natural gas supply, operations, and mergers and acquisitions. He also served as a vice president of Kinder Morgan before joining ONEOK Partners in 2007 as senior director of acquisitions and divestitures. Crisman is a board member of the Colorado Oil and Gas Association. A native of Nebraska, Crisman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in 1981 from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. He is a Certified Public Accountant and completed the General Electric Finance Management Program.
