Francis J. (Jimmy) Henry, Jr. was a Booz Allen Hamilton Executive Vice President and market lead for the firm’s civil business. In addition, Mr. Henry sat on the firm’s Leadership Team and was chair of the trustees for Booz Allen’s Employee Capital Accumulation Plan (ECAP). A former member of Booz Allen’s Board of Directors, Mr. Henry has also been a member of the Board’s Finance Committee and a capabilities development lead for the firm’s Economic and Business Analysis global capabilities team. His clients have included numerous federal agencies and military branches, and he has performed specialized cost studies for U.S. and foreign governments, trade associations, and private sector clients. Mr. Henry is vice president of ASE Inc., a Booz Allen subsidiary, and was on the board of directors of Panthea Strategic Leadership Advisors, a London-based consultancy in which Booz Allen was a majority shareholder. He is also a member of the National Council of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian. Mr. Henry joined Booz Allen in 1977. He holds an MBA in finance and investments from the George Washington University and a B.S. degree in quantitative methods from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
