Colin D. Watson became a director of LP in 2000. Mr. Watson was President and Chief Executive Officer of Vector Aerospace Corporation, a company providing aviation overhaul and repair services with executive offices in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, from November 2003 through December 2004. Previously, he was Vice Chairman of the Board of Spar Aerospace Limited, an aviation services company with headquarters in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, from December 1999 until his retirement from the Spar Aerospace board in January 2002. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Spar Aerospace from December 1999 to December 2000, and President and Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to November 1999. From 1979 to 1996, Mr. Watson was President and Chief Executive Officer of Rogers Cable TV, Ltd. Mr. Watson is also a director of Rogers Communications Inc., a diversified Canadian communications and media company, and Rhapsody Acquisition Corp., a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a business combination with an operating business. Rhapsody Acquisition Corp. recently announced a proposed merger with Primoris Corporation, a diversified engineering and construction company.
