Daniel C Staton

Daniel C. Staton Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, became a member of the Board of the Company in March 1999 in connection with the merger of Storage Trust Realty with the Company. Mr. Staton was Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Storage Trust Realty from February 1998 until March 1999 and a Trustee of Storage Trust Realty from November 1994 until March 1999. He is Chairman of Staton Capital, an investment and venture capital company and the Co-Chief Executive Officer of PMGI (formerly Media General, Inc.), a print and electronic media company and CEO of Enterprise Acquisition Corp., an AMEX listed company (EST).
